School Successes
Fantastic GCSE results!
The Summer 2011 GCSE examinations were a huge success for GEMS Bolitho School. Our students had a range of excellent results with 91% of our Year 11 students achieving five or more A* - C Grade GCSEs! This is even more impressive when you consider that the school is completely non-selective and that we welcome students with a wide range of abilities. These grades are testament to the hard work of the students and the professional and caring attitudes of all the staff involved. Well done to all!
Sporting achievements
Here are just some of the sporting successes that the students at GEMS Bolitho have achieved. They have done themselves and their school very proud.
- 2011 - ISA South West U14 and U16 Netball Champions
- 2010 - ISA National U16 Netball Champions
- 2010 - ISA National U16 Rugby Sevens Champions
- 2008 - ISA National U16 Netball Champions
- July 2011 - 16 students represented the South West at the ISA National Athletics Championships in Birmingham
- November 2010 - 21 students represented the South West at the ISA National Swimming Championships in Coventry
