A caring family ethos has been a dominant feature of this school throughout its long history.

We want pupils to feel secure so we nurture and support them, helping them develop into people with principles and values who understand and embrace cultural differences.

We work hard to foster mutual pupil respect, irrespective of colour, creed, gender or age. And while we celebrate our Christian heritage, we welcome people of all faiths, cultures and nationalities.

Our pupils’ minds are opened and spirits enriched by the varied and exciting opportunities they experience here. Everything we do is aimed at developing the potential that lies within each of our pupils. We encourage them to grow into responsible, caring adults who will make positive contributions to society.
